Public Information Officer

DCSO’s Public Information Officer prepares news releases, coordinates print and broadcast coverage of agency events, and acts as the liaison between DCSO and the local, state, and national media at crime scenes and other activities that generate media interest. The Public Information Officer for the Dixie County Sheriff’s Office is Sergeant Amy Evans.
